Job Details:
Sorts through backs prior to offal and remove edible thighs, drums and leg ¼'s.
Job Synopsis:
Primary tasks are visually inspecting backs as they fall onto platform located directly in front of workstation. Inspection is to identify edible thighs, drums and leg ¼'s that are mixed within them and remove.
Backs are asided to either the offal vacuum system or into a box located adjacent to the workstation. In either event, the motion is a sweeping motion with one or both hands, pulling the backs onto a chute mounted on the side of the platform. Edible parts are either tossed onto a conveyor (leg ¼'s) or cut into drum & thigh and placed into a tub adjacent to workstation
Weekend required.
