Job Details:
Utilizing a knife, will cut behind and through wing joint of front halves on Cone Line.
Job Synopsis:
Primary tasks of position are grab wing of front halves as they pass station on the cone line, cut along scapula bone of front halves, pass through wing joint until reaching the wishbone; pull wing away from front half to pull eye meat located under wing joint. Other tasks include rotation to cone stabber or tender puller as needed; sharpen knife on mousetrap as necessary.
Weekend required.
