Job Details:
Utilizing a knife, will separate wing from fillet on cone line.
Job Synopsis:
Primary tasks are to grab wing on front halves as they pass station on cone line, cut through breast muscle as close as possible to wing bone to maximize fillet yield, aside wings to wing chute adjacent to work station that feeds wing conveyor. Other responsibilities include rotation to other positions on cone line or onto Foodcraft deboners.
Weekend required.
