Provides direct patient care, pulmonary care and respiratory equipment management in the home care setting to patients of the JHHCG in accordance with JCAHO, state and departmental standards. Provides care to adults of all ages, children and infants. Develops and maintains the business process to ensure service excellence. Coordinates closely with the Senior R.T. regarding performance, productivity, documentation and patient care issues. Develop and maintains knowledge of regulations and agency policies.

Work Location:

• Springfield, VA

Work Experience:

• Two (2) years minimum clinical Respiratory experience in a hospital or home care setting

Required Licensure and Certifications:

• Registration by the National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Technician required
• Must be licensed by the Maryland State Board of Physician Quality Assurance.
• CPR
• Current, valid Maryland Driver's License, preferably with no points.
