The Warehouse Operator 3 at MilliporeSigma in Sheboygan Falls, WI will oversee the receipt of all incoming materials, supplies, equipment and returned goods. The Operator will also route or deliver material to storage or production areas and safely operate a variety of material handling equipment, which may include narrow aisles, and wire guided "Operator up" machines. Receive and put away all incoming materials, supplies, equipment and returned goodsUnload trailer using power equipment, verify freight and sign bill of ladingSort, inspect and receive in the appropriate system, ie: SAPPut away product using scanner or computer systemResolve product issues with ProcurementSchedule dock appointments with carriersCheck chemicals, catalog number, lot number, special request information, unit size and weights against order documentation found in packing or receiving instructionsPack the material, following established procedures and instructions while complying with hazard regulationsApply all required labels and markings to box to comply with hazardous materials regulationsFulfill internal supply orders and maintain recordsAccurately select and stage product with use of power equipmentSelect and put away material using narrow aisle, wire guided machines which includes use of "operator up" machinesCommunicate and resolve discrepancies with internal customersDeliver product to onsite customers and put product into storage areasMaintain inventory accuracyCommunicate with Procurement regarding any discrepancies or product issuesCommunicate with Customer Interface Departments on shipping issues and expedite prioritiesPerform Audit counts and verify actual location with systemRemove and ship all defective material to vendorsShift: Mon - Fri. 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED6+ months of work experience to include experience with powered industrial trucks

Preferred Qualifications:

3+ years of employmentBasic PC skillsOperate SAP and WMS systemsRF scanner proficiency with the ability to move, crate, and audit materialBasic understanding of shipping regulations and ability to locate shipping informationSafely operate both powered and manual material handling equipmentExcellent organizational skillsExcellent written and oral communication skillsExemplary time management skills
