What you'll do:

* Oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory control functions. Ensure that all transactions are accurate and documented.
* Process and track inventory, ensuring accuracy and proper material controls.
* Manage warehouse space optimization and develop and implement FIFO process.
* Oversee and step as need it into daily safety inspections of forklift.
* Develop and implement replenishment process for the production floor (Bin System).
* Maintain accurate inventory levels by developing and implementing regular physical counts with warehouse teams and reconcile discrepancies with the warehouse inventory system.
* Investigates root cause of manufactured part shortages and implements corrective actions and improved processes to eliminate future occurrences.
* Develop and implement Standard Work Instruction for warehouse processes. Audit processes periodically
* Ability to identify and compensate for labor needs based on staff and workload volume.
* Provide day-to-day direction to workforce based on business need and employees' skills.
* Ability to drive Lean productivity, efficiency, ergonomics, and other projects as assigned.
* Strong ability to work without direct supervision.
* Excellent problem solving/multi-tasking skills.
* Manage department priorities.
* Cross train employees in key areas to ensure customer needs can be met during times of peak demand or employee absenteeism.
* Support COS team in lean events and process improvements to drive increased productivity.
* Perform other responsibilities as needed and assigned.

What you'll need:

* 3-5 years in manufacturing leadership role
* Bachelor's Degree in business or similar or required equivalent experience
