YOUR ROLE
- Operates machines and production equipment safely in accordance with instructions
- Sets up or adjusts equipment according to manufacturing specifications
- Monitors the quality of output to identify or discard re-manufacture faulty products
- Maintains accurate daily production records so that manufacturing performance can be analyzed
- Operate DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) and chemical treatment to reduce total suspended solids in effluent water
- Operate Belt Filter press for proper dewatering of solid sludge
- Complete daily inspections, sampling, record keeping and basic maintenance of area & equipment
- Responsible for area cleanliness, tool organization and general housekeeping to promote a clean and safe work environment using 5S Principles

YOUR SKILLS
- Specificationof the necessary graduation and vocational training considering recenteducational requirements which are needed to fulfil the above-mentioned tasksof the position
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comprehends the minimum of work experience which hasto be fulfilled by the incumbent according to necessaryknowledge mentioned above
- The position is in thefactory and could involve sitting, standing, walking and lifting for longperiods of time throughout the day
- Theemployee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds and occasionally liftand/or move more than 55 pounds
- Must beable to reach, lift, bend and stoop without restrictions
- Good manual dexterity needed
- Ability to climbin overhead structures, to work beneath machines and in close quartersperforming analysis and repair work
- This position requires exposure to typicalmanufacturing areas the use of personal protective equipment, such as safetyglasses, and hygienic precautions, such as hairnets, are required
- The work environment is not climatecontrolled
- Noise level in the workenvironment can occasionally require hearing protection depending on locationof work
- Willing to work any shift and overtime as required
