We are looking for a capable, strategic-thinking Web Specialist to join our Digital Marketing team. An ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, have a high attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

This is a hybrid position requiring work-in-office up to two times per week.

Pay range is $24.00 - 26.00 per hour DOE and the following benefits:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Web Specialist is responsible for the timely updates and basic maintenance of Member websites and ancillary digital services. Audigy's Web specialists collaborate with a digital marketing team dedicated to lead generation and consumer engagement strategies. This position requires an individual who is highly organized and detail oriented.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
  • Respond and Complete member website edits/requests within project specific timelines
  • Review the web team cases queue and assign cases to team members
  • Update members directories information
  • Setup and maintain Google Analytics accounts
  • Collect monthly performance reporting data as needed
  • Employ data to improve conversion results on member websites
  • Improve user experience on member websites driving to lead generation
  • Collaborate with multiple team members, effectively receiving and providing feedback

CAPABILITIES:
  • Very detail-oriented and thorough
  • Basic understanding of SEO (social media, content, etc.)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong organizational skills

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience using project/task management software (i.e., Basecamp, Workamajig, ClickUp, Salesforce)
  • WordPress Experience
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS and WORK DEMANDS:

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle strain. This position will also have to do some lifting of supplies and materials from time to time.
