DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Welding knowledge
  • Certified in ASME 9 or API
  • Qualified with a pre-existing utility company preferred(NGRID; NiSource; Eversource)
  • OQs (operator qualifications) completed through Northeast Gas Association
  • Previous experience in welding, automotive mechanic, manufacturing, or other related fields
  • Familiarity with welding tools and procedures
  • Familiarity with engineering blueprints and schematics
  • Ability to handle physical workload
