We will count on you to:

This is a full life-cycle implementation role where you will lead business requirements gathering, functional, process, and scenario design as well as flow mapping, prototyping, testing, and defining support procedures. Lead client meetings for solution design and client education. Provide mentoring on Adaptive Insights to other staff. Work with clients to understand their current planning process and take a consultative approach to move legacy models into Adaptive Insights. Provide expertise to recommend best solutions based on the requirements, budget, and timelines and other duties as needed.

What you need to have:

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or functional finance business planning software experience
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Workday Planning / Adaptive Insights
• Experience with EPM-related business processes: Finance & Management reporting, Financial Modeling, Analytics, Workforce Planning
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Workday Adaptive Planning or Adaptive Insight Certified

What makes you stand out?

• Experience with moderate to complex revenue planning and allocations a plus

The National US average range for this role is $100,800 to $151,200. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications & education. We do not anticipate candidates hired into this role would immediately earn a salary at or near the top end of the range however, such a decision will be dependent on a case by case basis.

In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $105,800 to $176,400.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
