Overview

Assist with change management activities related to the implementation of Kronos, Cedar Point's scheduling, timekeeping, and labor management software.  Serve as a point of contact for all park divisions to best utilize this software to meet their business needs.
 
Work with Workforce Manager to leverage business metrics and KPIs to direct park-wide staffing practices.  Create value by forecasting and identifying staffing needs.

  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
Responsibilities

Preferred Majors: Data Analytics, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, Human Resources
 
  • Assist Workforce Manager in providing training and support for scheduling and timekeeping software
  • Utilize software to guide park divisions in complying with regulatory and company policies related to work rules
  • Provide regular labor reporting metrics to park divisions and help to monitor productivity of labor
  • Analyze historical trends and future projections to help guide staffing plans and forecasting
  • Assist in performing labor analyses for various park operations, including: Rides, Food & Beverage, Retail, Aquatics, Hotel, Park Services, and More
  • Work to Innovate, identify, and standardize best practices for Workforce Optimization
