Job Description

Under the direction of the Manager/Supervisor/Lead Person, the Lab Tech is responsible for providing support to the Chemists. Also, responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

• Conducts entry level analysis and evaluations
• Supports Chemists by preparing samples for analysis
• Performs laboratory stocking and cleaning
• Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
• Personal responsibility for following safety rules, SOPs and cGMPs guidelines
• Performs other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Computer literate to use Word and Excel
• Must be able to respond to verbal and written instruction
• Prior laboratory experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to write simple correspondence
• Basic mathematical skills
• Physical demands not required
• Prior laboratory experience
