Currently hiring Licensed Practical Nurses for multiple departments in New Haven.
We staff for local universities and private practices and are hiring for multiple LPN openings.
This position is a 37.5 hour/week contract role, starting at 32 per hour.
*Must have a valid LPN license in CT
Epic experience is preferred but not required.
- Obtain patient histories and medical information.
- Assists with medical and surgical procedures.
- Assess, report and record vitals.
- Responds to medical emergencies.
- Prepares patients for continuing care after any treatment.
- Administer medications under direction and authority.
- Schedules and coordinates patient and test appointments
