RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a SPASHThat! Content Producer in New York, NY.Summary:As a Content Producer, you will play a pivotal role in creating and managing a dynamic and engaging event webpage using SplashThat. This annual week-long internal event that brings together technology enthusiasts, industry leaders, and innovative thinkers from around the globe. Your role will involve collaborating with multiple teams and session owners to ensure the information across all sessions is accurate and that the event site is ready to go. The successful candidate will have a great understanding of Splash (SplashThat), the entire Microsoft Office suite, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, the ability to problem-solve, and the ability to pay attention to detail.Key Support Areas and Responsibilities:
  • Content Management: Oversee the content lifecycle, from creation to updates, ensuring all information is current and accurate
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various teams and session owners to gather and verify session details, speaker information, and other relevant content
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure the event site reflects the high standards of Company Tech and is free of errors
  • Technical Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in SplashThat and the Microsoft Office suite to efficiently manage and present content
  • Project Management: Track content readiness throughout the various stages of the site build, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Problem-Solving: Apply your problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly and creatively
  • Attention to Detail: Exhibit meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the event site is polished and professional
  • Web-design: Create and load content into various CMS tools (training will be provided)
  • Miscellaneous: Manage registration and attendance reporting throughout event


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) in event support (site, creative, etc.)
  • Adaptability: Ability to support time sensitive updates throughout the event including copy changes, date and speaker changes, field changes and other urgent turnaround requests
  • Proficient in Splash (SplashThat)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills, with proven multi-tasking abilities
  • Experience in developing and maintaining excellent relationships
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving
  • A desire to learn about technology
  • A willingness to stay scrappy
Site content includes:
  • Sessions, Speakers, and Event details
  • Registration Forms
  • Email Flow and Templates
  • Content creation and editorial support capabilities (creative assets and copy) - preferred


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
